He lived large and was considered a strong figurehead among his family, friends, and co-workers. Roy possessed a sense of humor and a welcoming demeanor. His long career ended as Project Manager with Ryan Homes where he was well-respected for his leadership skills. He quickly advanced in his career and held various roles with the companies he served and represented. His career in new home construction provided an opportunity to relocate to Vero Beach in 2004 where he laid deep roots within his community. Shortly after arriving, he met and married Laura (Wilhelm) Beem and settled down in Boynton Beach where they welcomed two amazing children, Corinn Nicole and Anthony James. Following his proud service in the United States Marine Corps, he relocated to Palm Beach County. He was born on Septemin Illinois and raised in Union, New Jersey. passed away at the age of 56 in Vero Beach, Florida following a brief but courageous battle resulting from complications of the COVID-19 Virus.
